Today, we want to tell you a little bit about how the #idea of #culinarymicroherbs came to our minds.
Paul, our today's Head Grower, worked as a 👨🍳 🍳 for more than 20 years.

He struggled a lot to find good nd quality, and most of them were coming from abroad. So he set himself a goal: That one day he would be growing Microgreens.
.
Years after this, life gave us the opportunity to rent a greenhouse, and here we are... grateful for having a job that we love, and supplying Organic Microgreens to the Irish Food Service Industry.

💚🌱🇨🇮This week we had the privilege of visiting the greatest Microgreens farm in Dublin, Ireland. Paul and Carol from @daintygreens_cmh are also a husband-wife team with a gorgeous greenhouse setup. They've mastered the art of growing culinary microherbs, even some yummy favourites we'd never tasted before: coriander, fennel, carrot...We realised how much we missed the Microgreens and it was inspiring to see these guys do it so well!
